How is the price calculated?
By the size of your home, the type of cleaning, how often you want it and any extras. You see the exact price before booking — no surprises.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a code or a key. Codes are encrypted and only the assigned team can see them, on the day of the visit.
When is my card charged?
After the cleaning is done. We save your card securely with our payment processor when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit. Later changes have a fee of 50% of the cleaning, because the team was already scheduled.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we come back within 48 hours to re-clean that area for free.
