Privacy notice

We collect only what we need to clean your home and run our business.

What we collect

• Contact details, your address and home details, and notes you give us (entry instructions, pets, preferences).
• Door or alarm codes are encrypted and visible only to the assigned team on the day of the visit; every view is logged.
• Payment cards are stored by our payment processor; we only see the brand and last 4 digits.
• Before/after photos may be taken for quality control. They are private by default. We never use them for marketing without your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

Messages

• We send booking confirmations and reminders. Promotional emails and texts are sent only with your permission; you can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to texts).

Our employees' location

• Employee phones share an approximate location only at clock-in/out and job start/finish, to confirm attendance.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We keep payment and tax records as the law requires.
